Cydia developers have given us a great chance to access hidden Springboard settings in iOS 7 by offering us the cydia tweak to install and make changes without the need of editing plist and edit internal iPhone files. Prior to the availability of this tweak the process has been harder and required familiarity with OpenSSH, although some of us are confident enough to perform this action many of us face the risk of bricking our iPhone.
Installation and Using Hidden7Settings Guidance:
Please make sure you are using an unlocked jailbroken device prior to start since this guidance is only valid for jailbroken devices installed with Cydia. Additionally it is important to be up to date since Cydia will require a restart if updates needed. If you want to jailbreak your device step by step you can read our article by clicking here.

1. Open Cydia on your device and tap the search tab at the bottom of the Cydia home screen.

2. Search for “Hidden7Settings”, you will see only one result which matches exactly.

3. Tap install on the info page of the tweak, then tap Confirm button.

4. Completed installation of the tweak will follow with restarting of Springboard by just tapping the restart button. Please ignore the Hidden7 option in the main settings for the time being.

5. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the control panel, there you will see a new panel stating “Springboard Settings” Tap this to open your device to a new world of settings.

6. In the menu opened the most attractive setting option will be the master volume controls since that was only optional to perform alterations to volume by using the side buttons. Most of the categories listed in the menu seem obvious but tapping into one will open up new options such as elasticity, gravity and minimum velocity, if you experience problems and cannot track the changes in any category please use Restore Defaults button.
