How to Jailbreak iOS 9.0 and iOS 9.0.2 Using Pangu Jailbreak

Chinese hackers team Pangu released their iOS 9.0 and iOS 9.0.2 version of jailbreak recently and we will try to help you jailbreak your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running on iOS 9.0 and iOS 9.0.2 using the Pangu9 jailbreak on your Windows.

Some important clarifications before proceeding to next step:

Pangu 9 Jailbreak is an untethered jailbreak supporting iOS 9.0 and iOS 9.0.2

Via following devices:

iPhone 6/6s, iPhone 6/6s Plus, iPhone 5s,

iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S

iPad Air Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2

iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad mini

iPod touch 5G

This guidance is prepared for Windows users and Mac users should not follow these steps and need to be patient until we have added the page explaining the Jailbreak for Mac users. You can use iCloud or iTunes to back up all personal information that you need to keep safe on your device. The jailbreak has been reported to be working with success, but on the off chance if something goes wrong, you can use your saved data to come back on.

You also need to disable any Anti-virus programs or firewalls that could prevent Pangu9 Jailbreak from connecting to the internet while jailbreaking is not yet completed.

How to Jailbreak iOS 9.0 – iOS 9.0.2 devices using Pangu Jailbreak on Windows systems:

Here are the steps to follow to jailbreak iOS 9.0 – iOS 9.0.2 using Pangu jailbreak tool.

Step 1: Please download the latest version of Pangu jailbreak from our download page on your computer as a start.

Step 2: Then you should connect your device to your computer using the USB cable as usual.

Step 3: Of course we need to disable Passcode from Settings > Touch ID & Passcode.

Step 4: Also turn off Find my iPhone from Settings > iCloud > Find my iPhone. Do not forget to close iTunes or iCloud because PP jailbreak would not open until they are completely closed.

Step 5: Run Pangu Jailbreak file as administrator. Right click on Pangu Exe and click on “Run as Administrator” option.

Step 6: Tap on Already Back up option to proceed the jailbreak.

Step 7: Installation will be completed with Pangu app and WWDC app on your device.

Step 8: At this stage your device will respring automatically, and you will be prompted to enable AirPlane Mode after the device is rebooted. As soon as you reach the 75% completion stage you will be asked to unlock your device and run the Pangu App. Please launch the Pangu App as requested.

Step 9: Here you will be prompted to give permission to access to your photos, please click on Accept button, although this is part of the process it is not known why it requires this yet as soon as more information is available we will be updating the information.

Step 10: Please wait until progress bar is complete and your device will reboot.

Step 11: Now the process should be completed and Pangu Tool will confirm this to you by saying your device is “Already Jailbroken” and you will see the Cydia on your HomeScreen.

Remember that you should put your passcode and find my iPhone back on as they were disabled for the jailbreak process initially.
