Some users of Pangu9 to jailbreak devices reported an issue called “Boot Loop of Death” abbreviated as BLoD issue. According to searches there isn’t an exact explanation of what this issue is, BLOD is an unexplainable issue for the time being even for developers, it gets the devices stuck for hours and hours in the loop process and it continues forever, not being able to understand what causes the issue is the main problem in order to reach a solution.

After conducting a research on portals such as users of Reddit we see that an experienced jailbreaker Leyla233 has faced the same problem for more than 15 times on different devices and realized that it is continues and looping process does not end, she also explained how she managed to jailbreak after facing the issue so many times and I gathered all the information together for you to avoid the BLOD issue.

For successful process the device need to be reset to factory settings and restored from iTunes backup after completion of jailbreak iOS 9 by Pangu, and please be advised it may take some time.

Your back-up needs to unencrypted and if you had it taken encrypted before make sure you take an unencrypted back up for your device using iTunes. We have been advised that some users experienced problems using the iCloud back up so it is important to be preventive against problems may occur in future when full restore is performed. Using iTunes back up will be effectively better at this stage.

Now you need to put your device in DFU Mode,

  1. First plug the device into your computer and turn off your device by holding the Sleep Button or Power button by swiping the slide to power off. Holding power button for 3 seconds, you need to hold the Home button by not releasing the Sleep Button for about ten seconds. You will then see a pop up window when power button released stating that your device is recognized being in recovery mode.
  2. iTunes will confirm that device is in recovery mode, you need to click on Restore iPhone button to restore your device to iOS 9.0.2.
  3. Do not restore your device from a back up at this stage and set it up as a new device.
